P33Rs interfaces help individuals understand where they stand relative to the groups that they're a part of. Group scores are presented in aggregate meaning that individuals can see how the group has scored, but cannot see individual scores for members of the group.

Individuals can always see their own scores, and privacy levels, configurable by your organization provide varying levels of detail on who has contributed to an indivdual's scores. You can choose to enforce complete, partial, or zero anonymity.
