Over years of working in globally distributed teams the development team behind P33RS learned a few things about how to do it right, no matter where you are. At the heart of everything is open and honest peer-to-peer feedback. It's what the most successful teams strive for, and it's the fuel that makes them run most efficiently.

In many companies where the professional culture values rugged individualism, this type of communication can be rare and hard to get. The lack of it (we're biased) leads to silos, secrecy, trust crises, and undermines organizational effectiveness.

Particularly problematic is the fact that providing feedback upwards along the command chain is often considered taboo. We need vertical integration, not just the top down, manager-centric feedback we’ve all been conditioned to settle for.

P33RS rejects the notion that “father knows best.” We’re here for authentic and equitable feedback on performance and contributions at every level, as long as it's aligned with values that are meaningful to the organization. This will set us free to excel.

It's human nature to want to get feedback as much as we want to give it. Constructive conversations that help us get better at work and elevate whatever project that we’re working on allow us to reflect, replan, and improve. We want to work with companies that walk the talk with mission, values, and the simple reality that “we're all committed, together”.
