P33Rs is built on an assumption of honesty and enthusiasm to collaborate which are, presumably, qualities any organization demands. We implement many technical strategies to mitigate gaming risk, but one frequently overlooked mitigation for cheating in group contexts is that individuals in your organization are just that...part the organisation. Bad actors will be identified quickly by the groups they belong to, and tolerance for such activity will be low.
